How we measure
A number without a definition is a marketing figure. Here is exactly what each outcome means before any value is attached to it, the same definitions the published metrics are computed against.
The clock from the on-site inspection to the finished estimate delivered. Inspection → estimate in the professional’s hands.
When an estimate comes back for a change, this is request → revised estimate returned. It measures how fast a supplement or correction moves, not whether one was needed.
How much of the documented scope holds through carrier review, tracked by revision rounds and by what stays in the file after it is examined. A scope that survives review is the outcome; how it is negotiated is the licensed professional’s work, not Atlas’s.

Water loss · Multi-family · Grafton County, NH
A supply break in the unit above ran into a three-bed, two-bath ski condominium. Atlas documented the loss room by room (294 line items across ceilings, walls, flooring, cabinetry, and the detachables in each room), so nothing the water reached went unrecorded.

A residential fire extended from the main living area into bedrooms, closets, hallways, and baths, with heavy soot and suppression-water throughout. The estimate documented a full gut and rebuild at 535 line items: heat and smoke damage, deflection in the vinyl windows, substrate encapsulation for odor control, down to the boiler drain-and-refill.
