About the founder
Seventeen years. Not much surprises him.
Anthony Salvi has seen most of what disaster restoration throws at a building. Surgical wings, nursing homes, outpatient centers, mill buildings, hotels, manufacturing plants, apartment complexes, condos, and restaurants. Residential losses buried under ice dams in the middle of a New England winter. Deployed to major storms across ten-plus states, with a portfolio spanning Harvey, Michael, Laura, Delta, Henri, and Ian.
He came up through the trades, ran crews for ServiceMaster and Servpro, and spent three years as Senior Estimator at BELFOR's New England operation before founding Atlas. He has a working knowledge of policy and coverage, and knows exactly where the line is. Atlas produces the documentation and the estimate; the licensed public adjuster or the contractor's team handles the claim.
The through-line is the file: measured on site, quantified, photographed, and written so every line can be defended from proof of loss through appraisal. He knows how a carrier reads a file, and builds every scope to hold up when one does.
