How to Read It

The estimate is organized room by room and, within each room, trade by trade, so it reads in the order the work is performed. The Recap by Category summarizes the same scope by trade. Each photo is labeled to its room, and the floor plan carries the measurements the quantities are taken from. That is the standard on every file.
